Greg Brogan and the team at Executive Pay Systems were recommended to RACQ Insurance by one of our joint venture partners as an organisation that could improve the strategic effectiveness of our remuneration arrangements. Executive Pay Systems was asked to analyse our business and current plans and suggest to the Board how our approach to remuneration might be adjusted.
