Incentive Plan Design - creating a fully funded performance driven annual bonus plan.  All plans designed by Executive Pay Systems are fully funded out of either profit improvement or cost reduction.  Our plans also differentiate between levels of performance at the company, team and individual level. Total Reward Design - reconfiguring the basis of fixed and variable pay and calibrating the mix between them at all levels of the company. We are not in the data collection business. We seek to ensure that an appropriate total reward (fixed and variable) is available at the target performance level.
