Executive Pay Systems has developed software through our subsidiary software company Kapitis Solutions for Leadership pty ltd. The PBRTM software has been designed to allow companies to more efficiently undertake the annual remuneration review.
The software is designed to facilitate decision making by Managers in relation to annual salary increases and bonus determination. PBRTM is not salary data software. It is essentially a group wide calculator which identifies the participants, budgets and performance outcomes for teams, divisions, departments and business units across large organizations. It then allows the decision maker to perform ‘what-if' scenarios and, ultimately, recommend decisions for approval up the line.
The annual remuneration review process is traditionally a difficult and time consuming activity for all businesses. The PBRTM software injects rigor, process and efficiency so that the Manager simply has to make the decision and submit if for approval. The complications of tenure, team membership, mid-year impacts, individual entitlement, impact of leave, impact of secondments, plan participation, budget control and business unit relativity are all handled by the system.
