Greg Brogan
Principal

Greg Brogan (BBus) is responsible for our consulting practice and managing the business. Greg has provided high level advice to a number of ASX50 companies including Suncorp, Foster's, RACQi and Australian Hospitality & Leisure. Greg's previous experience includes 20 years as a remuneration consultant and five years in senior corporate roles including 4 years as Vice President, Group Information Technology at Foster's. Greg is a graduate of the Executive Program of the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.

Greg Lapham
Remuneration Consultant

Greg Lapham (CPA) is a career remuneration consultant who joins Executive Pay Systems having completed multiple assignments across Australia for the past 25 years for a number of ASX50 companies including Telstra, Western Mining Corporation,  BHP, Foster's and AWB. Greg is responsible for managing our Remuneration Consulting team and specialises in developing and implementing remuneration processes and systems.

Michael Lambino
Technical Director

Michael is a software developer with more than ten years experience, including the last five years focusing on Human Resources.  He conceptualises, builds and integrates customised applications. As the technical architect on all our large-scale projects, Michael is responsible for ensuring delivery of effective applications through the leveraging of existing technologies and innovative solutions. Michael has developed and implemented applications in the performance management, career development and succession management areas for a number of ASX50 companies (including Aristocrat, AMP, NAB, Telstra and Masterfoods). Michael is responsible for the management of our Software Development team, based in our Sydney offices.
